Tucked away in its own corner of paradise—surrounded by picturesque tree‑lined streets, manicured lawns, and nestled between two lakes—lies Village “A,” also known as The Villas of Citrus Springs. Unique among the surrounding villages, The Villas features 102 homes, its own clubhouse, a heated pool, cabana, exercise room, an active social calendar, and some of the friendliest neighbors you’ll find anywhere in Florida.

Beginning January 2024, the monthly maintenance fee for The Villas is $330.00. These assessments fund landscape services, including mowing and trimming of lawns, trees, bushes, and hedges, as well as weed control, fertilization, and lawn pest management. The monthly fees also support the maintenance, repair, and replacement of irrigation systems, the heated pool, clubhouse, entry gates, mailboxes, and sidewalks.

Homes in the Villas are painted on a regular schedule. While roof repairs remain the responsibility of each homeowner, the Village “A” Homeowners Association, Inc. replaces roofs approximately every fifteen to twenty (15–20) years. The Villas is a self‑managed community overseen by a five‑member Board of Directors elected by the membership.
